Do you handle matters outside Florida?
Yes. Hague Convention service of process is a federal procedure and we handle requests from attorneys and clients across all US states. For co-counsel matters, we collaborate with local counsel in the relevant jurisdiction as needed. Hao Li is licensed in Florida and Minnesota.
Is there a fee for the initial inquiry?
No. Submitting this form is free. After reviewing your inquiry, we will respond with a fixed-fee quote and next steps. There is no obligation until you sign an engagement agreement.
How quickly can you start a service request?
After signing the engagement agreement and receipt of all required documents, we typically submit to the ILCC system within 5–7 business days. Rush processing is available for urgent court deadlines — please note this in your inquiry.
